TAX TRANSACTION AUDITS
We defend
against IRS claims regarding loan transactions through Derivium Capital.
We evaluate each loan arrangement based on the financial contracts and
the facts and circumstances of each individual transaction. For more

TAXATION
OF STOCK OPTIONS
We help
clients who have exercised employee, nonqualified or incentive stock options
to obtain a refund and or abatement of taxes based upon arguments of law
relating to alternative minimum tax credits (AMT), stocks exercised by
utilizing company debt, insiders subject to Section 16(b) liability, and
stock which was subject to a substantial risk of restricted from being
traded in any manner. For more

INVESTOR
FRAUD LOSS
We pursue
litigation on behalf of investors against brokers, financial advisors,
brokerage firms, and investment advisors. Through our investor fraud loss
litigation, we have assisted many investors recover losses from stocks,
bonds, mutual funds, variable annuities, and other investments as a result
of broker or financial advisor misconduct. For more

ISAACSON
As a partner at Isaacson Wilson, P.S., Brian
G. Isaacson focuses his practice on Tax Planning and Litigation. Mr.
Isaacson has over a decade of experience in tax and has represented a
number of cases regarding the alternative minimum tax (AMT), exercise
of stock options that resulted in unfavorable tax effects, as well as
the tax consequences of other financial transactions. Mr. Isaacson has
also been an active member of the Washington Society for Certified Public
Accountants, the American Bar Association Section of Taxation. He is also
the Seattle Chapter President of the CPA Attorney Association.
