Brian Isaacson
As a partner at Isaacson & Wilson, P.S., Brian Isaacson focuses his practice on Tax Planning and Litigation. Mr. Isaacson has more than a
decade of experience in tax, and has represented various cases regarding the alternative minimum tax (AMT), exercise of stock options that
resulted in unfavorable tax effects, as well as the tax consequences of other financial transactions. Mr. Isaacson has also been an active
member of the Washington Society for Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association Section of Taxation. He is also the Seattle
Chapter President of the CPA Attorney Association.
